                                About our theme…

Leadership is a relational process of inspiring, empowering, and influencing positive change. It becomes essential for us, as leaders, to remember that we are on a continuous journey for enhancing our leadership skills. “Oh The Places You’ll Go” represents our path to becoming more proficient leaders, while building relationships and empowering others to reach their own potential. Our theme is a constant reminder that from left to right, high to low, as leaders we must remember “Oh The Places You’ll Go!”

                                Picture

To align with our theme based on Dr. Seuss, each delegate is requested to bring a children’s book to be donated to a local elementary school. The power of reading is unimaginable and can truly take you many places, opening the doors for creativity, exploration and great knowledge.

Also, during the conference, participants will be able to decorate bookmarks to be included in each children’s book, as well as motivational notes. More information regarding the project will be provided at the conference.
