Conference Registration Information
What you need to know about registration....
1. Cost is $35 per delegate
2. The registration form below asks for the number of delegates attending with your institution or department.
3. Once you register online, within 24 hours you will receive a Delegate Information Form that asks for full details of the individuals in your group (Name, Contact information, T-shirt sizes, dietary restrictions, accommodations). PRIORITY DEADLINE: Please complete this form and return to Hank Bowen (bowenh@ecu.edu) by 5:00pm on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15. Forms will be accepted after this time, but we will not be able to guarantee T-shirt availability or sizes after this date.
4. You may pay by check or money order. Checks should be made out to “NCCPA” and mailed to:
